We’ve all been there before – Sometimes a product just doesn’t work out like we hoped. Fortunately, our self-service returns process makes returning your items quick and easy. No order number? Don't Worry! Simply follow the instructions below.
START A RETURN
Need to exchange one item for another? Simply send it back—there’s no need to wait for it to reach us. Just call 1-213-326-9375 and request an PetGo Wholesale Easy Exchange. We’ll place your re-order immediately, charge your credit card, and waive standard shipping charges on the new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your card for the cost of the original item.
DON’T HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER?
Find a box and insert your item(s) for return.
- Make sure to include your summary paperwork so we can easily credit you for your return. If you no longer have this, you can print out a "Return and Exchange Form" to fill in by hand and include with the return.
- Tape your box up tight!
- Fill out the form here to create a return label for each box you would like to ship.
Prepare your box for shipping.
- Cut out your label on the dotted lines and tape to the top of your box. Please make sure it is taped to one side without wrapping over an edge.
- Write your name and return address on the same side of the box you taped the label to.
- Use a permanent marker to scratch out any old shipping information and bar-codes.
Ship your package!
- Drop the package at your nearest carrier pickup location.
Note: PetGo Wholesale will deduct the $6.95 return shipping charge from the amount of your refund.

If sending a return from Canada and you would like a return label, please call us and we'll be glad to send one to you (a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label).
